Fennel Tea:

Some people need to ingest a tincture for maximum effectiveness and others a topical tincture treatment is better. For example eczema. Another example would be using a few drops of dandelion oil in your daily moisturizer for anti aging support. I am currently using both to help aid mild rosacea (there is currently no known cure for rosacea).
